At LTT we want your experience of shopping in our store to be an enjoyable one. Our goal is to provide a quality product delivered safely and efficiently to your door. Our Terms and Conditions are in place to make sure that both you the customer and we at LTT enjoy an uncomplicated transaction.
All products listed are tracked with an automatic inventory system and should be available as listed. However, in the event the inventory has not kept up with the demand and a product is no longer available we will advise you as soon as possible and a refund or replacement product will be offered.
Products are packaged in either their original packaging or repackaged carefully and thoroughly to ensure safe arrival at your end. In the event that there is a breakage in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your delivery and we will arrange a replacement or in the event the product is sold out, a refund or alternative product. If you leave contacting us until after the day of delivery, we do not guarantee a refund or replacement.
Please choose your product carefully as we do not refund for a change of mind. If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to contact us before your make your purchase so we can provide you with as much information as possible so you are comfortable with your purchase and to avoid disappointment at your end.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and will expire after 12 months. Please be careful with them as they are the equivalent of cash.
If your product does not arrive within the quoted time period, please contact us and we will follow up from this end and do our best to get the situation sorted out to both our satisfaction.
